Zvakapressa 2008 still....

Research has it that January 21 is one of the the MOST depressing days of the year. In Zimbo we used to refer to the depression associated to January as 'January Disease'. One of the major factors attributing to this 'January Disease' is debt / money issues. In January kids are back to school and we have just come from the Xmas and new year's holidays where we probably overspent a lil bit. We all know how expensive school fees were in Zim. Above that kids needed uniforms and school supplies. The situation is almost the same to Zimbos overseas - in the diaspora. In most states the weather is bitterly cold and we do not have a natural affinity for the cold. One good thing for most of us is that the end of January spells minor relief as we receive those widely anticipated tax refund checks. To most this is a time to let loose and enjoy the small fortune. Dont forget kubhadhara zvikweriti nema credit cards and also to save up for tough times ahead. Let us know your thoughts on this. DJ Swing....
