Its March already!
I can't believe its March already. Time is flying by. We are inching closer to the April 18th - Zimbo independence day. The actual 18th is on a Tuesday so most celebrations are being held on Saturday, the 22nd. As I said earlier I can't believe its March already. In the US most have received and spent their tax refunds, in Zimbo the schoolkids look forward to the school closing, in the UK its madot com as usual. As we inch closer to the spring/summer I cannot wait till its warm enough to barbecue outside. MaZimbo you know we love our braais as we call em back home. Nothing much interesting is happening right now besides in the political scene. The Mutambara buzz is still going on and shall be fading soon I predict. Zimbos like kids have a short attention span and interest is lost as soon as something new comes up. Remember how it was all Jonathan Moyo talk a few months ago? We will see what happens. Gotta give it up for Mutambara though for putting himself and his credibility on the line. Hopefully this will incite the next generation Zimbos to come back home and try to change things. I doubt it though coz most can't give up the Pounds and the USAs. When do you see yourself (diaspora) going back to Zimbo to stay? Holla back............

Going back to Zimbabwe will certainly be a reality. Most people are waiting for the opportune time. ZImbabweans move in droves. I guess we are Nomads for real. Picture what happened when Zimbos moved from Zimbabwe to the diaspora. Then consider how Zimbos were going to Canada as soon as they new there was some sort of salvation there. Now imagine what will happen when the political situation in Zimbabwe improves. It only takes three people to start the long awaited Great Trek back to Zimbabwe. Mark my words, ZImbabweans love and miss their country and will most certainly go back. It's just a matter of time!
You arr right Zimbabweans love and miss their country, but it is a few that have the guts to make the great trek back to Zimbabwe.
